Key Deposit: There is a $10 key deposit required with each unit…..refunded when you vacate and return the key to the office.

We will pro-rate up to 5 days after your paid to date….if you are in the unit longer you must pay the full month. All items must be vacated from the unit. Nothing is to be left including pallets.
